Tobias Opals – Order Form

Use the form below to send us your order information. Please make sure to include the number of the opal that you would like to purchase. You can order more than one by separating the opal numbers with a comma. There is no need to enter credit card information at this time.

We will send an invoice to the email address provided. The invoice will include a shipping cost that is appropriate for the area being shipped to. It will also have instructions on how to complete your order which is done securely and easily online through PayPal®.

OUR RETURN POLICY – All opals & stones may be returned. We want our customers  to be completely satisfied with the stones you buy from us. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return a complete unaltered stone or parcel purchased within a seven day inspection period for a refund or exchange minus shipping costs. Thank you!
